Colombian Romance at Mills & Blooms

Brighton based wholesaler Mills & Blooms was host venue for the second Colombian evening and love certainly blossomed as florists watched Heidi Lawley and Matthew Taylor produce design after design with the most wonderful Colombian flowers.

With flowers supplied by leading importers Vered and Orion and foliage from Sunflora, the florists, representing over 35 shops in the area, were entertained and informed as to why Colombia made sense both financially - because of it's stable year round pricing, and design wise with their longer stems, larger heads and brighter colours.

Commenting on the evening Mills & Blooms MD, Neville Booth, said he was "delighted". A firm fan of Colombian flowers himself Neville went on to say "it was beyond our expections - ideally I'd have like the florists to be able to get closer to the designs as they were being made but other than that it was excellent ... when are you coming again!"

Well Colombian Flowers won't be in Brighton again for a little but they will be in Birmingham on 15th June and Hull on 22nd June.
